Originally from the greater Philadelphia area, Michael moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 2016. Michael founded Forella Law Offices in 2022. By the end of 2022, Michael and Forella Law Offices were nominated by Who’s Who in America for an article to be published about himself and the firm. Michael's entrepreneurial drive matches his passion for the law. He chose to embark on the journey of practicing law for one simple reason: to help people in their time of need. 

Michael focuses on client relations to ensure that each client gets the time, dedication, and passion that each case requires and each client deserves. His clients speak for themselves, and Michael is proud to have a 4.9 rating on Google. In 2023, Michael was  awarded the Client's Choice Award by Avvo for having excellent verified client reviews. Michael has successfully handled complex legal issues across a wide array of legal areas from self-defense homicides to trucking accidents involving death. Michael has successfully litigated cases in counties across Wisconsin resulting in dismissal before trial, success at numerous trials, and overturned several issues on appeal that other lawyers missed. 

Michael enjoys assisting clients from celebrities to everyday individuals across the state of Wisconsin and the U.S. Michael has assisted clients on national legal issues, including the Golden State Warriors and several NFL and other professional athletes. Michael's work as a legal scholar has resulted in numerous publications across multiple areas of law that are available online and in hard copy.  

As a practitioner with a clear focus area, he is able to address all of the client's needs and can advise as to the impact an action may have under multiple legal practices. Additionally, practicing plaintiff and defense work provides Michael a unique perspective allowing him to negotiate a winning resolution for his clients and win cases and motions in front of judges and juries. 

Michael’s current avocations include wildlife photography; the NBA and NFL; U.S. history; craft beer; rock and roll music, particularly the Grateful Dead and the Beatles; and most importantly, spending time with his family.
